1. ABOUT THESE TERMS OF USE
1.1 This document, together with the documents referred to on it, sets out the terms (the “Terms”) on which you may make use of the website www.scandictechnologies.com (the “Site”).
1.2 References to “we”, “us” or “our” on the Site are to Scandic Technologies OÜ.
1.3 By using the Site you acknowledge that these Terms apply and that access is granted to you under the condition that all provisions of these Terms are complied with and are accepted by you.
1.4 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice to you. The current version of the Terms will be available on the Site.
2. INFORMATION ABOUT US
2.1 The contents of the Site are provided to you and operated by Scandic Technologies OÜ, an Estonian corporation with its registered address at Pikk 37-7, EE-10133 Tallinn, Estonia ("ST").

3. THE SITE
3.1 The Site offers general information about ST, its products, and its services. The Site is not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed and does not substitute professional advice and independent, case-specific verification of facts prior to taking decisions.
3.2 Any information and content, including but not limited to recommendations, advice, calculations, specifications, data sheets, configurations, marketing material, brochures, manuals, videos, images, (the "Materials") published on the Site may be changed or deleted by ST at any time, without any notification, and you should not rely on the availability of the Site or any part thereof.
3.3 We aim to update the Site regularly and may change its content at any time. Any content on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
4. ACCESS TO THE SITE
4.1. Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
4.2. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Site through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and that they comply with them.
5. OUR LIABILITY
5.1 All Materials published on the Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation or warranty of any kind (whether express or implied), including but not limited to warranties of correctness, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of any third party rights.
5.2 We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on any Materials on the Site by any visitor to the Site or by anyone who may be informed by any of the Materials.

6.1 For the purposes of these Terms, ”Intellectual Property Rights” means copyright and related rights, trademarks and service marks, trade names and domain names, rights in designs, database rights, rights to preserve the confidentiality of information (including know-how and trade secrets) and any other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications (and rights to apply for, and be granted) renewals or extensions of, and rights to claim priority from, these rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist, now or in the future, in any part of the world;
6.2 With the exception of any Intellectual Property Rights in the Materials owned by a third-party, we are the owner or the licensee of all Intellectual Property Rights on the Site, such rights being protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
6.3 You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page or pages from the Site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others to Materials posted on the Site.
6.4 You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any Materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
6.5 Our status, and that of any identified contributors, as the authors of Materials on the Site must always be acknowledged.
6.6 You must not use any part of the Materials on the Site for commercial or business purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. You must not use any part of the Site, or the Materials on the Site, in any way which may prejudice or damage the reputation of ST.
6.7 If you print off, copy or download any part of the Site in breach of these Terms, your right to use the Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
7. INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AND YOUR VISITS TO THE SITE
7.1 We process information provided by you, including name and email address, in accordance with our GDPR compliant Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to such processing.
7.2 We may receive information about you by using cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy. By using the Site, you consent to our Cookie Policy.
8. VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES
8.1 You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
8.2 By breaching this provision, you will commit a criminal offence. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
8.3 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
8.4 It is prohibited, in particular, to use tools (e.g. Spider, Crawler and other automatic tools) designed to systematically and automatically copy, reproduce, broadcast, or otherwise transmit Site content. ST explicitly reserves the right to take action against the responsible parties, namely to claim compensation for damages.
9. LINKING TO THE SITE
9.1 You may link to the Site, provided you do so in a way that is fair, legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
9.2 The Site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of the Site other than the home page.
9.3 We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
10. LINKS FROM THE SITE
10.1 The Site may contain links to websites and other resources of third parties, which are beyond the control of ST. We assume no responsibility for the suitability, accuracy, completeness, adequacy, legality, or otherwise of the contents of such websites or for any offers and services contained therein. The use of such websites and resources is at your own risk.
11. APPLICABLE LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from the use of the Site or the interpretation of the Terms shall be governed by the laws of Estonia, excluding the conflict of law rules and any conflict of laws principle that would refer to the laws of another jurisdiction.
11.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, or in relation to, these Terms shall be resolved by the ordinary courts of Tallinn, Estonia
